Warranty

We provide a lifetime replacement warranty for our products if found to have a manufacturing defect or any issue that may potentially affect the function of the firearm. Please let us know on our Contact Us form and we'll provide return instructions for warranty replacement. Your satisfaction of our products is important to us.

Parts exhibiting external damage by, but not limited to, impact, abrasion, abuse, finish wear due to excessive use, or exposure to corrosive salts, solvents, or other chemicals that may induce rust on parts when not cleaned and maintained are not covered under warranty.

Shipping

Align Tactical only ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada (Canadian orders less than $500). For International orders please contact our Preferred Reseller Speed Shooters International for purchasing. Ownership and risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website transfer to the purchaser after merchandise is delivered by an insured shipping carrier.

Returns

We accept returns of products in "new" condition within 15 days of delivery when ordered directly from our website. Products that do not adhere to this policy may be returned at the owner's expense. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment as used to purchase. Shipping fees collected by shippers for their services however are non-refundable. Use the Contact Us link to request a return and provide your Order Number. Please provide the reason for return as we ensure the quality of our products and service. Refunds will not be provided for instances of lost package re-shipments that show as "Delivered" by the mail carrier unless carrier insurance has fully covered the loss.
